Guided tours are included in the ticket price and take place on the hour between 10am and 5pm, starting at the well outside the Fort Major's House.

Your Stirling Castle admission ticket also entitle you to a tour of Argyll’s Lodging, a nearby 17th century townhouse.

We want children to be excited by the past so our History Hunter tours are specially designed for youngsters aged 5-12, though other ages are welcome.
They hear tales about the likes of William Wallace and Mary Queen of Scots and find out how a cannonball should be fired and the best way to storm a castle.
Additional children’s tours and activities take place during school holidays.
