    Get hands on with history in the Palace Vaults. Dress up in period costume, try medieval instruments and play interactive games. You can also pick up a kids quiz and have some fun as you explore the site.

  3. The Castle Exhibition

    Discover the secrets of the Stirling skeletons, light up the castle replica and follow the timeline of the monarchs who helped shape the castle.

  4. The Great Kitchens

    Travel back in time and see what dishes the Kitchen staff are preparing for the king’s banquet. View medieval recipes and discover the different roles of the kitchen staff.

  5. Queen Anne Garden

    A great space for young knights and princesses to let off some steam and exercise their imaginations. With great views of the surrounding countryside, it’s also ideal for a picnic or pit stop.

  6. History Hunters

    Join our History Hunters family tour designed to give children an introduction to the castle that they will understand and enjoy and which brings the castle’s rich history to life. Every Sat & Sun at 2.15pm.
